How MyStreets.ai handles information

Account and contact information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, brokerage or company details, login credentials, authentication data, billing status, support requests, and communications with us.

Homeowner and property information, such as addresses, parcel and property characteristics, estimated values, comparable sales, neighborhood and street-level signals, ownership or occupancy indicators where available, portal activity, messages, claim requests, preferences, and other information submitted through MyStreets.ai.

Payment and subscription information, such as checkout status, plan details, invoices, subscription lifecycle events, and billing portal activity. We use Stripe to process payments and do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Usage, device, and analytics information, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, referral URLs, session events, local storage identifiers, cookies or similar technologies, and interactions with portal reports or product features.

Information generated or inferred by the service, including MyStreets Scores, Street IQ rankings, AI-generated summaries, homeowner intelligence, neighborhood insights, and other analytics based on property, market, engagement, and user-provided inputs.

We receive information directly from agents, homeowners, admins, and other users when they create accounts, claim or verify addresses, complete onboarding, send messages, request reports, upload or enter territory data, contact us, or use the service.

We obtain property, parcel, address, valuation, comparable sales, neighborhood, and market-related information from public records, government records, commercially available real-estate data providers, licensed data vendors, RealEstateAPI, geocoding and mapping providers such as Mapbox, and other third-party sources we believe to be reliable.

We may combine data from multiple sources, including user-provided data, public records, commercially licensed property data, engagement data, and AI-assisted analysis. Property values, scores, rankings, report content, and comparable sales are estimates and informational signals, not appraisals, broker price opinions, legal advice, tax advice, or lending decisions.

Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. MyStreets.ai does not guarantee that any property record, ownership record, valuation estimate, market signal, agent association, or neighborhood boundary is complete, current, or error-free.

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve MyStreets.ai; create and display neighborhood portals, homeowner reports, scores, rankings, and market insights; manage agent territories; verify claims; provide onboarding, support, billing, and account administration; and communicate about the service.

We use information to analyze product usage, measure engagement, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce our agreements and policies, protect the rights and safety of MyStreets.ai and others, comply with law, and develop new features.

We may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to summarize, structure, score, rank, enrich, or generate insights from information processed through the service. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified before being relied on.

MyStreets.ai is an independent technology platform. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, employed by, or acting on behalf of any real-estate agent, brokerage, REALTOR association, multiple listing service, government agency, property data provider, homeowner, lender, appraiser, title company, or insurance provider.

Agents, brokerages, and other customers that use MyStreets.ai are independent third parties. Their use of property data, homeowner information, marketing materials, messages, portal links, and reports is their responsibility. They are responsible for complying with all laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising rules, privacy obligations, licensing requirements, consent requirements, and professional standards that apply to them.

References to agents, brokerages, neighborhoods, properties, homeowners, public records, comparable sales, or third-party services do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, agency, partnership, employment, data ownership, or authorization by those parties.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, payment processing, email or messaging, mapping, property data, AI, security, debugging, and customer support providers. These providers may include Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Mapbox, Google/Gemini, RealEstateAPI, and similar vendors.

We may share portal, property, engagement, claim, message, report, or contact information with the agent, brokerage, admin, homeowner, or organization connected to a territory, account, portal, request, or transaction, where needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, contract enforcement, fraud prevention, security investigation, protection of rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell full payment card numbers. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal information. Some analytics, advertising, or tracking practices may be considered a sale, share, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws; where required, you may opt out by contacting us.

We use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, create visitor identifiers, measure engagement, understand product performance, detect abuse, and improve the service.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or local storage may limit certain account, portal, authentication, billing, or personalization features.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts and territories, support billing and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, improve the product, and keep appropriate business records.

We may retain backup, audit, fraud prevention, security, transactional, or legal records after an account is closed or a deletion request is processed, where permitted or required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing activities. You may also unsubscribe from non-transactional emails where an unsubscribe option is provided.

Property and public-record information may continue to be available from public sources and third-party providers even if we delete or suppress it within MyStreets.ai.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for ensuring that any information you submit or share through the service is accurate, lawful, and authorized.

MyStreets.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

MyStreets.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of MyStreets.ai after an update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
